POSITION DESCRIPTION

Tiki Bar by Three Amigos Restaurant & Bar is Saipan’s newest bar, located at the Paradiso Resort & Spa. Our resort has just undergone an extensive, multi-million dollar redevelopment and now includes two salt-water swimming pools on of which boasts a new 10 seat swim up bar, The Tiki Bar and the soon to open Three Amigos Restaurant and Bar serving a fusion of Mexican and Korean cuisine. 

The Tiki Bar by Three Amigos Restaurant and Bar located at the Paradiso Resort & Spa is looking for a qualified and experienced Bartender to join our team who are professional, passionate, fun, friendly and super keen to help maximise our guests vacation experience. You should have experience in managing a bar, serving alcoholic beverages and mixing cocktails.  You must work well in a team environment, be great with customers and work well in a busy restaurant.

You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that will help you succeed in this diverse and challenging role.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should ideally possess a minimum of 6 months experience as a Bartender experience. Owing to the rapidly evolving nature of this industry, applicants should ideally have worked in hotel/hospitality industry and or customer support related role within a 1-year period prior to applying for this position.

The successful applicants will possess the following skills:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Bartender, including making cocktails
• Demonstrated knowledge of drinks and cocktails
• Valid Serving Alcohol Certificate
  Ability to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
• Availability to work throughout school holiday periods and public holidays
• Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Hard-working, flexible and charismatic attitude
• Experience working independently
• Eligible to work in Saipan
